Here’s how to taste Sicilian liqueurs
Artisanal liqueurs from Sicily are traditionally sipped after dinner, as a digestive. They are excellent chilled, over ice. Try them on ice creams or as a base for cocktails!
In our restaurants we proudly choose hand-made spirits from the Alcantara Valley, in the East side of Sicily: “Terralcantara” (pictured).
We love their three different versions: Liquore di Ficodindia (Prickly Pears), di arancia siciliana (Sicilian orange) and di limone (Lemons). We also like a lot the “Amaro Herbae”, an infusion made by macerating earthy local Sicilian herbs.
