#TastingSicilyUK at The House of Lords for an Education project
We believe in Education: “It is the future of hospitality”, says chef Enzo Oliveri. For this reason the Sicilian chef and manager Luisa Ingoglia of “Tasting Sicily Enzo’s Kitchen” accepted the invitation for an event held yesterday at The House of Lords and organized by Indian partners involved in a forthcoming education project in the UK.
Enzo Oliveri and manager Luisa Ingoglia had the opportunity to meet MP Lord Nick Bourne (pictured), who is Minister of Faith at the Department for Communities and Local Government. The delegation included professor Zenobia Nadirshaw, who is Consultant Clinical Psychologist with 40 years of experience, and doctor Suborno Bose who is the most knowledgeable expert in this field in India.
The project will be devoted to all international students who wish to pursue a career in the hospitality sector in the United Kingdom. “We need to teach to young generation in order to provide better opportunities for themselves and to help the industry discovering next talents”, Oliveri added.
The Sicilian chef, who is been living in this country for 20 years, is the President of the Federation of Italian Chef in the UK. He is also patron chef at Bromley College of Hospitality, he teaches occasionally at West London University and he is also the official chefs for Italy’s national cycle team.
